Latchkey Parent Portal To check your balance or make an online payment, please click on the link and register using the e-mail address you provided on your child's Latchkey enrollment form. Enter the code from the email you will receive and then set your password. Once you are logged in, click on "Ledger" to check your balance. To make a payment, click on the green "Pay Now" icon and follow the prompts to add a payment method, and submit a payment.

USD 373 Latchkey Mission Statement:

Latchkey is a school-based program that strives for building social skills, character, and  knowledge through play, structured activities, homework time, and interaction with peers in a safe, fun, and educational environment.

 

Important information for parents to know

 

·      Latchkey offers a variety of activities:  exercise, homework time, reading, games, crafts and free time.

·     All enrollment forms and fees must be filled out completely before your child may attend the program.

·     Our behavior plan follows closely to that of the school district.  Please read our hand outs so that you are familiar with the rules. At any time, please contact a Latchkey supervisor if you have any questions.

Forms

Latchkey Enrollment Form: Please print all forms, complete, and return to your school or the Latchkey office at Sunset Elementary, along with applicable enrollment fee of $10/child, $20 maximum/family. Forms must be filled out completely and all applicable fees paid before student may attend.

HCUW Scholarship Application: Scholarships of up to $25.00 per child, per week are available to families in need of assistance, thanks to a generous grant by Harvey County United Way. The next round of grants will begin August 1, 2017, for the 2017-18 School Year.
