September is Fruits and Veggies...More Matters Month

The district health and wellness committee would like you to join them with a celebration of food….. Fruits and Vegetables that is!  September is More Matters Month with fruits and veggies.  Are you getting the right amount at each meal? How do you know many you need?  Take a look at the information and resources below for ways to make your lifestyle a happy and healthy one! Also, you should find in your teacher lounge, office, or general meeting space some more helpful information on fruits and vegetable serving sizes and amounts children, teenagers, and adults need on a daily basis.

We also encourage you to like our Facebook page (USD373 Wellness Committee) and post ways you are making healthy choices throughout your day.
