Latchkey Parent Portal To check your balance or make an online payment, please click on the link and register using the e-mail address you provided on your child's Latchkey enrollment form. Enter the code from the email you will receive and set your password. Once logged in, click on "Ledger" to check your balance. Click on the green "Pay Now" icon to make a payment and follow the prompts to submit your payment.
2017-18 All Day Latchkey Schedule. All Day Latchkey is held during most school breaks and teacher in-service days, at Sunset Elementary, 619 Boyd Ave. Students should bring a sack lunch, gym shoes and clothing suitable for outdoor play. Sign up sheets will be posted at each Latchkey site.
Summer Enrollment Forms:
Please complete all forms and submit with applicable fees to the Newton Latchkey Office, 619 Boyd Ave, Newton, KS, or via email: jeanie.fuller@usd373.org. Parents/guardians will be notified when their application is approved and child may begin attending. Please allow 2-3 days for proccessing. Applications and payment must both be submitted by April 30, to qualify for the early bird discount.

HCUW Scholarship Application:
Scholarships of up to $5.00 per child, per day are available to families in need of assistance, thanks to a generous grant by Harvey County United Way. The next round of awards will begin May 15, 2018, for Summer Latchkey.

Important information for parents to know
- Latchkey offers a variety of activities: exercise, homework time, reading, games, crafts and free time.
- All enrollment forms and fees must be filled out completely before your child may attend the program.
- Our behavior plan follows closely to that of the school district. Please read our hand outs so that you are familiar with the rules. At any time, please contact a Latchkey supervisor if you have any questions.
