Enrollment 2023-24

The following instructions are for enrolling your new student(s) for the upcoming 2023-24 school year. If you want to enroll your student for the current (22-23) school year, please visit one of our schools to complete enrollment.

To complete the 2-step enrollment process for 2023-24, new families should...

1. Complete Online Registration
   New-to-the-district families* are encouraged to enroll their pre-k through 12^th grade student using the New Family Online Registration Portal at their earliest convenience. No payments are required at this time.
2. Attend One-Stop Enrollment for New Families
   All New Families should also attend our One-Stop Enrollment in early August to finish their family enrollment.  One-Stop is set for August 2nd, 4-7pm. Please check back for updated location and more information.

*Families who have not previously enrolled a student for Pre-K through 12^th grade in Newton Schools are considered new. If families have not had a student enrolled at anytime in the prior school year, they are considered new. 

Please complete online enrollment by Thursday, May 25.

Returning families* may access the enrollment application online through their Parent Portal anytime during the enrollment period.

*Returning families with only Cooper Students (no other K-12 students) should use the New Family Online Registration Portal instead.

Parents of returning students who need to enroll a new student for any grade level can follow the instructions available in the online application process to add their new student.
