Using RevTrak

Pay online with RevTrak

The district has established a secure web store, powered by RevTrak, for payment processing. Our new web store offers parents a convenient payment option when adding money to food service accounts or paying school related fees. Online pay- ments can be made using a Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit or by debit card. The payment section in the parent portal is no longer available. All other areas of the portal will continue to be available for parent viewing.

To make payments:

Newton RevTrak

  1. Click the Online Payment link on our home page to access the district Web Store,

  2. Click on Food Service & Fee Payments.

  3. Enter your Parent Portal User Name and Password to access a list of your student’s fee.

  4. Select the fees you would like to make a payment for or enter the amount to add to your student’s food service account and click “Next Page”.

  5. Confirm your payment choices and click “Go to Checkout

  6. If a new customer, select “I am a new customer

  7. Enter your email address

  8. Click Sign in

  9. If a returning customer, select “I am a returning customer

  10. Enter your email address and password

  11. Click “Sign in

  12. Enter your billing information and create a password (if required)

  13. Enter your payment information

  14. Verify information for accuracy and select “Complete Order

  15. A receipt will be emailed to you. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive it.

    Forgotten Web Store Password? Click Password Reminder under Services, enter your email address and click the arrow. Your password will be emailed to you shortly.
