Fee Payment Information

Payment for all textbook fees is due at the time of enrollment, and payments for all other fees are due at the time of purchase.  USD 373 is contracted with Recheck, Inc. of Wichita, KS to handle collections of unpaid accounts. 

Unpaid fees may include balances owed for school meals, textbooks fees and materials, pay-for participation fees, lost or damaged books, Latchkey fees and other miscellaneous fees.  Additional charges will apply to the accounts submitted for collection. 

After accounts have been submitted to Recheck, parents or guardians will correspond directly with Recheck, and not the district to resolve balances.

It is very important that you take a few moments to review the past due unpaid fees on your child’s account and submit any payments due to avoid the submission of your student’s account to Recheck

Payment may be submitted by using one the following options: 

  1. RevTrak Online Payments 
    (see using RevTrak Online Payments for more information)
  2. Payments may be sent to school with your student
  3. Credit cards are accepted at the district office: McKinley Administrative Center, 308 E. 1st St. 
  4. Stop in at your child’s school during regular school days between the hours of 8:00-4:00 p.m.

Using RevTrak Online Payments


Newton Public Schools provides parents an easy and convenient way to pay school fees. Parents may pay with credit or debit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA) as well as Electronic Checks for these items. Our web store accepts payments over the internet 24/7. By contracting with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor, we provide you a secure site for making payments.

    Parents can make payments online while on their home or work computer, any time of the day. It only takes a few minutes to make a payment using an American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA credit or debit card. The convenience of paying online is further enhanced when parents access the store and see a familiar shopping cart (just like shopping online.)

    To make an online payment follow these simple steps:

A payment receipt will be emailed to the address used when setting up the web store account. To view/print previous online payments or to update login information please click on My Account.

Payment Instructions for the Newton Public School’s Web Store

  • Click Online Payment link 

  • Redirect to the Newton Public School’s Web Store

  • Select payment type and payment item/fee

  • Enter required information

  • Click “Buy Now”

  • To make a payment for another fee or student,
    click “Continue Shopping” and select additional fee type and fees.

  • When all fees are in shopping cart, click “Go to Checkout”.
    If a new customer, select “I am a new customer”.
    Enter your email address and “Sign In”. If a returning customer, select “I am a returning customer”. Enter your email address and password. Select “Sign In”.

  • Enter your billing and payment information. Create a password if required.

  • Verify information for accuracy and select “Complete Order”.

  • Payment will be processed and receipt can be viewed and printed. A receipt will be sent to the email address provided during account set up.

  • Logout
